Ophir Holder, PhD
CEO & Co-Founder
Ophir brings over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship & global executive management with a deep tech background. Prior to Multyx, Ophir was the Global VP of Strategic Market Development at Amdocs (Nasdaq: DOX), Co-Founder and CEO of Mobilitec, Inc., acquired by Alcatel-Lucent (NYSE: NOK), and held board positions and provided guidance for public and startup companies in the media, telco, and IT spaces.
Ophir holds BSc, MSc, and PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Noam Shalev, PhD
CTO & Co-Founder
Noam brings tech expertise in the intersection of AI, systems design, cyber security and confidential computing with a deep research & implementation background. He previously held senior tech positions at Apple, IBM and Microsoft.

Noam holds BSc, MSc, and PhD in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and completed his Postdoc at Cornell-Tech in NY.
Raz Dar
Head of Business Development
Raz is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in major publicly traded and early-stage companies. Prior to his role leading business development at Multyx, he excelled as a Global Account Executive at AWS (Nasdaq: AMZN), overseeing sales and operations for international financial service firms, and formerly held operations and executive business positions at Amdocs (Nasdaq: DOX).

Raz holds a BSc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University in Israel.
